The $2,000 AI Agent Architecture Review

  1. Before kickoff. Kickoff is when you send us access or materials for the workflow. Before that, you get a full refund on request.
  2. After kickoff. We deliver the written review within 5 business days of receiving what we asked for. If we miss that, you get a full refund on request.
  3. After delivery. Once the review is delivered, the fee is not refundable as cash. Instead, it is credited in full to a build you sign within 30 days of delivery. The credit expires 30 days after delivery and applies once.

Builds and the retainer

  • Builds are billed by milestone under the signed statement of work (SOW). Refunds follow the SOW.
  • The retainer can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. There are no refunds for part months.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected]. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
