What counts as a workflow?

One repeated job your team does by hand. Following up on overdue invoices. Keying in bills. Answering the same customer questions. Moving leads from a form into your CRM.

What happens after the audit?

Nothing, unless you want it to. If you build, the $250 comes off the price. Most single workflows fit the $750 single workflow build.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund before work starts. After delivery there is no refund, but if something in the plan is wrong, I fix it.

Who does the work?

Ariel Agor. I was Director of Finance and then VP of Operations at a business with about $20M a year in revenue, and interim COO at Nussbaum APC, where I ran billing, AR and AP. I'm not an engineer. I direct AI systems, and I run the same kind of automations on my own company first.
