What kind of workflow fits?
Invoice and payment follow-ups. Missed-call text-back. Bills coming in by email, read and keyed in. Form leads routed to the right person. If yours is bigger than one workflow, I tell you before you pay anything more.

What happens after the 14 days?
You own it. If you want it monitored and adjusted each month, the Care plan is $400 a month, invoiced, and it covers one tweak or small new workflow a month.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund before work starts. After delivery there is no refund, but I do a fix pass on anything that does not work as agreed.
Who does the work?
Ariel Agor. I was Director of Finance and then VP of Operations at a business with about $20M a year in revenue, and interim COO at Nussbaum APC, where I ran billing, AR and AP. I'm not an engineer. I direct AI systems.
